| Things down here in Slidell are doing better, I guess... School starts in like 13 days. It's lame because we have to go from 7 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon... Then Salmen goes from 1 to 7 pm... I wish I went to Salmen...except for all the ghetto people that go there.

| I got a refrigerator for my birthday... a family present, I guess.
Fuck Hurricane Katrina... all she did was fuck up all the "friendships" I've been working on for my whole life. Some of the people I love the most are moving... and I'll probably never see them again...unless Jonathan and I move in together and travel around when I turn 17 like we've been talking about. Haha... My parents said if I move out at 17 that I can never come back. Oh, damn.
God, I miss everyone. I actually miss school, too... That's so lame, I know. It should start back Oct. 3. How unlikely... Haha.
House/Property Damage:
*About 15 trees (Pine, Oak, Sweet Gum, Popcorn, etc.) in the backyard that smashed our shed and the contents...also destroyed the fence.
*A hole the size of a small plate in the living room ceiling, crushed gutters, two missing shingles.
*We flooded.

| I'm in Tennessee... As of now, I'm sitting here at the dial-up internet computer with Scotty...waiting for my parents and people to get back so we can come up with a plan for heading back to Slidell tomorrow. My house has three trees on it and some water damage. I've gotten in touch with a few people from Slidell...but only like 7. I'm worried about everyone. My psycho grandmother keeps saying, "Courtney, you know that people you know are dead.." Ok, thanks.
I hope everyone is fine. Scotty and I have been doing crazy shit.
